NOTICE FOR 2024 ACADEMIC YEAR STARTING ON THE 1/09/2024
Reservations for the new academic year will begin on the 01/06/2024. The rooms available will be listed in this section.
To make a reservation you will need to pay a security deposit of €1000 within 24 hours of making a reservation! This will be held until the end of tenancy where any damages will be deducted before returning the balance to you.
The payment of rent for the yearly contract can only be paid in 1 or 2 instalments, not monthly!
Prices start at €170 euros per week after discount and are for 51 weeks. All contracts are a fixed period from 1/9/2024 – 25/08/2025 with no possibility to break.
The first rental instalment is made BEFORE 1/9/2024 and the 2nd instalment BEFORE 1/2/2025.
